This book was so damn satisfying. Especially if you’ve been reading from the beginning of the series, your questions will be answered, the issues Kit has been dealing with will be resolved and the sex is so scorching hot, it should come with a burn warning. The dynamic that we all loved from the previous books between Kit, her guys and their familiars continues with the addition of a few ancillary characters and in this book we finally get to see what becomes of River’s transformation. It’s just *swoony sigh*, everything you’d want from a reverse harem series. It’s drama and feels and interesting characters and hot, hot sex. It’s everything.
Pro-Tip: Tate James is releasing the first book of a new series (The Royal Trials) called Imposter next month, and she’s very generously included a sneak peak at the end of The Alpha’s Pack!
The time is now.
It seems all I’ve ever wanted was vengeance. I did everything right: I protected my friends, I pushed myself to the limits, and I saved lives. Once upon a time, I was an internationally renowned thief known as The Fox. Nobody knew me. Nobody could catch me.
Nobody but them, my men, my partners in crime. But their love for me, it’s cost them dearly.
Our enemies keep coming for blood. They cut me. They hurt my friends. They push and push to see what will happen.
I’m Kit Davenport, and I’m going to show them what happens.
This is the end.
