The Quick and Dirty:
(💪👩🏼+🦁+🧛🏻‍♂️+💧+☠️) x 📖 =⚔️🖤🔥

Devi is a Void and all supernaturals hate her. They fear her. She can suck their powers right out of them. Devi herself is terrified of her powers. When the council calls her to rid a vampire of a disease called bloodlust, she accidentally switches the powers of a vampire and a shifter,  making the council salivate with what she could be capable of. They ship her off to Thibault Academy where she becomes the charges of the 4 paragons, soon-to-be leaders of the supernatural races. The entire school hates her, the paragons included, except as she learns to control her powers they realize she’s not what they thought. And surprisingly, as they spend more time with her, there’s an inexplicable pull toward her. When the council decides to use her as a weapon, they’ll have to learn to work together in order to save the supernatural world, and each other.

If my TBR wasn’t already so full, I would read this book again right now. It is everything you want out of a bully, reverse harem academy book. My chest ached for Devicka as she dealt with her bullies, cheered for her as she surmounted the challenges thrown at her, and swooned as she developed relationships with the guys (and OMG when they all get together… HOT!). There is action and suspense, emotions without being too sappy and while it was somewhat predictable, it was such a satisfying read.

CoraLee June and Raven Kennedy are both new-to-me authors that I will definitely be reading again!

** I was generously provided an ARC in return for a voluntary and honest review. *

I was born of nothing.

I’m a Void, a rare supernatural capable of absorbing powers at the brush of my skin.

Feared. Hated. Untouchable.

Thibault Academy is full of supernaturals that want me dead, and the most powerful of them, the Paragons, will stop at nothing to ensure I go back to the hell I came from. They’re cruel, heartless, and have created an unlikely alliance to take me down.

If I want to learn how to control the nothingness, I’ll have to survive them.

I was born of the void, but I’ll die from the power.

This is a reverse harem bully romance.

Author Coralee June has always been passionate about storytelling and impressed by the influence it has on people and the decisions they make in life. She loves engaging with the projects she works on, diving headfirst into developing real, raw, and relatable characters that are equally flawed and beautiful. Coralee lives in Dallas, Tx with her husband and two daughters. She’s been known to frequently indulge in boxed red wine and day-old pizza. When she’s not writing, June is reading or substitute teaching at the local middle school.

Raven Kennedy likes writing and reading and chocolate-bar-eating. Dark chocolate. Get out of here with that other stuff. She also likes to take long walks on the beach. Not really. She lives in the desert. The only water there is the wavy stuff that comes with a mirage. But I’m sure if there was a beach nearby, she’d walk then. Probably. Maybe. Her first book is Signs of Cupidity, the first of a series. She hopes you enjoy it! More books will be released soon!
